We proudly choose United Parcel Service to carry most of our packages because of their proven on-time delivery and reliable service levels.  In some cases, additional freight carriers must be used due to overweight or oversized shipments (typically standards).  Below is the time in transit for volleyball products once they leave the factory. We will provide you with a shipment tracking number when your order has shipped.

Some court equipment may qualify to be shipped via UPS shipment, but must be sent as oversized or overweight packages.

The shipping on these packages will be more than the chart above. Your CSR will assist you with the freight to your zip code.

 

Apparel (volleyball uniforms. jerseys, socks. etc.) will be shipped directly from the factory in Niagara Falls, New York. On occasion, Totally Volleyball may ship product from the sales offices in Maple Shade, New Jersey. Below is the time in transit for ground service.

Field Equipment will be shipped directly from the factory in Essex, Connecticut or from the west coast facility in Fullerton, California. We will always try to ship from the closest warehouse available, but we cannot guarantee that a specific facility will have the item in-stock when you need it and it may have to ship from the other factory. Below is the time in transit for ground service.  For oversized products such as volleyball standards, we will utilize another shipping service who can handle these oversized items. We will discuss with you your options when shipping these types of items.

After receiving your volleyball products, please inspect them very carefully. Please check all aspects of the product you are receiving. All products have left the factory in good condition, so be sure that there have been no damages during the shipping process.  If you suspect there might be damage (boxes ripped open; poles appear bent, etc.), you must let the carrier know before you sign for the product. Please be sure to note your concern as specifically as possible. If there is indeed damage, please call us immediately at 888-660-8326 so that we may help you to report the claim.  Your failure to note the damage to the shipper or to contact us within three days renders all of us helpless. Unfortunately, any new replacement goods will be billed if you have not followed these procedures.
