Polyester - the volleyball fabric of choice - is known for its durable yet lightweight characteristics. Unlike natural fibers, polyester fabrics won't release the vibrant colors dyed into the fibers, and its texture is extremely soft on the body. Our volleyball fabrics are comprised of 72 denier polyester yarns (silk is 110 denier yarns), which affords the perfect mix of softness and durability for a performance volleyball fabric. All authentic volleyball jerseys are comprised of polyester fabrics.

The knitting process is at the core of volleyball jerseys and uniforms. Knitting determines the weight, texture and look of the volleyball fabric. We have carefully selected fabrics are produced on twenty-eight cut jacquard knitting machines using only the finest North American yarns available. We knit our volleyball fabrics to an athletic weight, which ensures your comfort in every playing climate.

All volleyball fabrics adhere to a stringent dying process utilizing an ISO 9001 certified dye house. This ensures colors of each volleyball uniform will match each and every time - even your add-on uniforms will maintain a consistent color. As opposed to producing uniforms in many factories and countries around the world, we produce only in our own factories which ensures quality and consistency and your total satisfaction. The dying process is an arduous one - taking a minimum of six hours to dye 700 yards of volleyball fabric.
